I understand that each individual or family's needs are unique. Whilst the standard fee covers a range of support, including some additional liaison work, e.g. with schools or GPs for example, I am flexible and open to discussing fees for more extensive additional work that may be require

Comprehensive Support Beyond Therapy

In addition to individual therapy, I offer a diverse range of support services aimed at promoting mental health and well-being more systemically.
I provide psychological training covering a variety of mental health and well-being topics. These sessions are designed to empower individuals with knowledge and practical strategies for maintaining positive mental health. Topics can range from particular psychological theories to understanding children's emotional wellbeing.
Understanding the importance of mental health in educational and organizational settings, I offer consultation services. This involves working collaboratively with schools or organizations to enhance mental health awareness, establish supportive environments, and implement effective well-being initiatives.
I recognize that each family, school, or organization often has unique needs and constraints, I take a flexible approach to offering appropriate support. The fees for these additional services are negotiable and can be tailored to suit specific requirements.
