My experience in the field of clinical and child psychology enables me to offer effective, individualised, and compassionate psychological care. I provide support for a range of difficulties affecting the wellbeing and mental health of children and families, including parenting support.
I believe in building upon the resources and strengths families already possess and ensuring we work together collaboratively to meet important goals.
I achieve this by providing a compassionate and safe space, listening to your concerns, and co-creating a treatment plan.
As a clinical psychologist, I am always learning and I endeavour to constantly develop my cultural sensitivity as a clinician. Therefore, I always strive to respect the culture, beliefs, parenting style and individual differences of every family.
I promise to provide non-judgemental, caring and responsive therapeutic support which is co-created with each family I work with.

I believe the most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. It is therefore essential for me to maintain a compassionate and non-judgemental style in order to create a space where families feel safe to share. I have been trained in a range of different therapies and I work integratively, this means I can draw from various approaches in order to meet the needs of each individual family. The approach taken will be based on both my assessment of the current strengths and challenges of each family, in addition to the families' preferences. Overall, my work is informed by psychodynamic principles which means I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and how our past and present relationships can inform our current challenges..
I work integratively and therefore I draw upon a range of approaches and theories including: Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Systemic theory, Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Liberation Psychology, Mindfulness-based approaches.
